Mehr Hospital is the first private hospital in Iran that was founded in 1947 by the efforts of the late Dr. Mohammad Ali Sadr and several of his friends, all of whom were well-known professors and famous physicians, and started on Amiriyeh Street in Tehran. In 1963, it was moved to its current location on Zarathustra Street. The Mehr Hospital is one of the oldest and one of the largest, most equipped and well-known private hospitals in the country and the Middle East in the present time.
The Mehr Hospital has been ranked and accredited as high class, grade one hospital’s group with around 300 beds in various specialized, super-specialized and paraclinical departments, serving the patients and clients with great respect.
